Helene Seiz -— Associate

Ms. Seiz manages the implementation of consulting and services engagements, as well as serves as a member of the executive committee.

She has more than 20 years of experience in the international telecommunications and technology industries. She has performed in a variety of functions, including technical support, network engineering, service delivery, carrier relations, vendor management, regulatory, partnering, and employment roles.

In her technical and operational roles, she established vendor service levels, deployed networks using proven technologies, project managed multimillion dollar projects, and negotiated a multitude of vendor contracts.

Ms. Seiz has also excelled in sales and marketing functions, including international business development, market development, and channel management. As the Head of New Markets at Equant, she successfully negotiated many agreements to open regulated markets for customers. She managed more than 35 global partners representing more than $50 million in annual revenues. And, using her vendor management skills, she was successful at reducing costs in these accounts by more than $15 million in less than two years.

Previously, Ms. Seiz managed mission-critical civil aviation networks located at airports and major cities throughout the world. She was also responsible for the initial wide area network (WAN) airport installation for Air Canada.

Ms. Seiz has a degree in computer technologies at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec. She has been certified as a Novell Engineer, is Certified in Cisco Training, and has completed training the Project Management Institute.

She lives in Montreal and Atlanta, and is a national of both Canada and Spain. She is fluent in French, Spanish, English, and Creole, and continues to expand her conversational skills in Portuguese.
