Implementation---Technical Project Management

Our executives have built a team of technical project managers (TPMs) that are PMI certified. This team will manage customer project to on-time delivery, as mutually agreed, and ensure that the project is technically feasible.

Many service providers will implement a project without linkage to business and financial impact it may have on the customer's on-going budget process or network. Our TPMs will analyze any telecommunications project to ensure that the design meets industry standards, is efficient, cost effective, and can be delivered within established timelines.

The TPMs will work closely with customer internal or external design teams to ensure proper and functional implementation, that includes testing and delivery. Our TPMs will provide weekly project plans, identify critical milestones, coordinate with third parties and, if required, order services on a customer's behalf.
